The 90 hour School Age methods and materials training meets the Maryland State Department of Education MSDE requirement for School Age teacher in a child care setting. The class teaches curriculum methods for working with children ages 5 years to 12 years old and growth and development for ages birth to 12 years.

Marylands Core of Knowledge Areas will appear on your Care Courses certificates. Care Courses Certificate Code is CKO. Care Courses can be used for the clock hours required to attain levels 2, 3, 4 and 4 of the Maryland State Child Care Credential.
